Wondering if anyone has had this issue in the past (and potential fix?)

I've had this filament in Magenta to use it in a multi-color print, but it keeps getting stuck when wanting to switch from this filament to any other. It usually fails because the cutter doesn't cope with it (i.e. can't exert enough force to cut it, error tc2841). A manual cut works (i.e. pushing the cutter-lever at the back manually), but can't be arsed to do this manually for every change obviously.

I've had plenty of filaments work fine however, Elegoo, Esun, and haven't had any issues at all so far apart from this filament.
Single color is fine of course, as long as it doesn't have to cut.
