United Club All Access disappeared
I’m baffled by a change to my All Access Club membership. I qualified in late 2025 by meeting the $50K spend on my UA Club Card. I flew domestic a week ago with no issue bringing in two adult guests to the UA Club. Flew the return flight yesterday and my account on the UA app no longer shows the All Access lounge access.
The app showed “Yes” for Star Alliance lounge access and “two guests” a few weeks ago when I last checked. Now it says “No” for Star Alliance lounge access and “one guest.”
I spoke to a UA rep and she said that the membership was only good through the end of the year that I qualified, and that it was a fluke that I got 2 guests in on the outbound leg. Am I misunderstanding the terms and conditions? I thought if you qualify you maintain it through the next year. Advice?
(From the UA website “United Clubs All Access membership will be valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which it became effective and the following calendar year. The primary Cardmember must maintain Premier Gold status or meet annual spend requirements yearly to maintain United Club All Access membership.”)
