Birth control ruined my sex life for almost a year. Starting to get back to normal, seeking advice for possibly still wonky hormones

Hi, I tried hormonal birth control starting in February of last year, cue 8 months of constant bv and yeast battles and pain on penetration before I figured out it was all due to the birth control messing up my hormones and my vaginas fluids. I stopped birth control in September of last year and other than occasionally getting the bv smell have been bv and yeast infections free (until 2 weeks ago when I got a UTI and antibiotics gave me a yeast infection (I tested negative for yeast infection but a fluconozole pill made the swelling and itchiness go away so I think it tested too early? I'm retesting for the uti and bv/yeast in 4 days to confirm I cleared everything) but that's beside the point) I still couldn't have penetration due to pain until 6 months after stopping bc. Around the 6 months mark things got to a point where I can have penetrative sex but it feels like the tissues get fatigued and uncomfortable fairly quickly and things still aren't back to normal/fully pain free . It's been 7 months. I got a hormone panel done and haven't seen my Dr to discuss the results yet but I'm wondering what my options are if my estrogen is still low.

Will it continue to stabilize post bc? How long could that take/should I wait before I consider supplemental estrogen like a topical cream? Are there vitamins, probiotics, foods etc I could add to my diet to help boost estrogen naturally? Has anyone else gone through bc wrecking their sexual health and recovered and have advice or experience to share?
