Are the ds edge back buttons remapable through steam controller configuration?

I’m planning on getting a dual sense edge. Do the back buttons show up on the steam controller configuration page and let me configure whatever buttons I want to them?

I’ve made sure the cable is fully flush with the gpu. PSU is msi ai1300p atx 3.1, cable is the native 12v 2x6 cable. Theres a slight downwards stress on the power connector but the cable itself is fully flush with the gpu. I’ve tried to remove that stress but it doesn’t really go
