My holy grail is a vintage bottle green duffle so my heart raced when I found this. 💚. Previous owner/s obviously tried to restore it. No idea what they used on it but the leather has a tackiness to it. Before I give it a soaking bath, any other suggestions? Thanks!

Found this tote at the bottom of a box full of dirty old dishes from a house clean out sale. Great condition, just dirty. Asked how much, guy yelled back “How about $1?” I said “sold!” Cleaned up nicely. I do need to wipe down the handles with leather conditioner. Is the tote from the 80’s or 90’s? Thanks!
