Pull up form
Hello seeking advice on how to progress pull ups
this is where im at with them after a couple weeks. I feel like I struggle to really get over the bar at the top.
if anyone could recommend some exercises to get better at full range of motion. I have been doing the scapular pull and I feel better at the bottom of the movement than at the top.
also if anyone could recommend movement for lat development, I would like to be able to do ice cream makers eventually, but i suspect im just too heavy rn (212lb)
I am cutting so this will get easier I hope.
