[DISCUSSION] WordPress sellers: are clients starting to bring you AI-built websites now?

Curious if anyone else on Fiverr is seeing this.

I’m noticing more people showing up with websites built in Framer, Lovable, Cursor, etc saying “can you make this WordPress?”

Feels like the old Figma-to-WordPress requests are slowly turning into AI-builder-to-WordPress requests.
For those doing WordPress gigs... how are you handling it?

Are you rebuilding everything manually? Turning those jobs down? Charging more because of the weird edge cases?

Genuinely curious because some of these projects look simple at first... then you realize the structure is a complete mess 😅

Wanted to get some feedback on an idea I’ve been working on.

More people are building websites using AI tools like Framer, Lovable, Cursor, etc. The designs come out great, but a lot of them still want to move the final site into WordPress for SEO, blogging, plugins, and long-term control.

Right now, that usually means rebuilding everything manually.

The idea I’ve been working on is a tool that takes an exported AI-built site (ZIP file) and converts it into a real WordPress theme with proper templates and structure, instead of just copying HTML.

I’ve started building this (WPConvert.ai) and have seen some early usage, mostly from freelancers and agencies handling client work.

Curious what people think:
Is this actually a painful enough problem to solve?
Would you use something like this in your workflow?
Are there better ways people are already handling this?

Open to honest feedback.

If you’re running an agency or doing freelance work, you’ve probably started seeing more clients come in with websites built in AI tools like Framer, Lovable, Cursor, etc.

The designs are usually solid, but they still want everything moved into WordPress for SEO, plugins, blogging, and long-term control. Rebuilding those sites manually can take hours.

I built a tool called WPConvert.ai to solve this. You upload the ZIP export from the AI builder and it converts it into a real WordPress theme with proper PHP templates and structure. Not just pasting HTML into a page.

We’ve already converted 1,000+ sites, mostly for service-based businesses and landing pages.

If you want to try it, I’m opening up a 7-day trial for agencies to test it out and see if it fits your workflow.

Happy to answer any questions or walk through how it works.

Not sure if it’s just me, but I’ve been seeing more clients show up with sites built in tools like Framer, Lovable, Cursor, etc.

They usually love the design, but then ask for it to be moved into WordPress for SEO, blogging, or long-term control. Rebuilding everything manually can take a lot of time, especially for smaller projects.

I’ve been working on a workflow to speed this up and it’s been working pretty well so far, but I’m curious how other agencies are handling this.

Are you rebuilding from scratch every time? Trying to integrate directly? Or just keeping clients on those platforms?

Also, I’m opening up a small group (around 20 agencies) to test the workflow I’ve been using for a week. It’s a 7-day trial while I gather feedback.

Would love to hear how others are dealing with this shift.
