Hello all! Looking for some insight into what could possibly be my issue. I stopped my oral BC that I was on for almost 10 years (on and off) a few months ago, I went through withdrawal bleeding and then had a full period about 2 weeks later. Since then, my cycles have been pretty long - 37 days long and now I am on cycle day 34. Both times I have confirmed ovulation with OPKs and BBT increase around cycle day 24 or 25.

Around 8dpo, I start to spot very light pink and experience slight PMS symptoms until it develops into a full blown period by cycle day 37. I know it’s early, but I am getting a bit worried as most of my friends and family members I’ve spoken to have had their regular cycle return almost immediately after. I have read that this early spotting may signal a luteal phase defect which concerns me and I’m wondering if this is a shared experience for many people when their body adjusts to no hormonal BC, or if this is likely something I will need to make changes to myself in order to someday conceive. I have my fears about fertility so this isn’t really helping. I’m in my early 30’s and I worry that if I don’t figure this out sooner rather than later, it may only get more difficult.

I have been taking all sorts of vitamins such as magnesium, maca root, vitamin D, and a prenatal. I have an inito monitor and around 6 dpo my progesterone was at a great level (24.03ug/ml) but 2 days following it dropped pretty rapidly (6.99ug/ml). Any suggestions, advice or words of wisdom much appreciated 🫶

I thought everything was looking good based on my first test, but 2 days later (today) I guess not so much. My progesterone has dropped so low and now I’m so confused. My ovulation day was either the 21st or 22nd, I am just getting used to tracking my cycles but they are typically longer (last cycle was 37 days, I’m currently CD33). My BBT is still elevated as well but guess my body said no this cycle. Feeling a bit disappointed with my body. Anyone else have their progesterone drop this early?

Just wanted some insight since the inito app told me I’m highly fertile right now when I’m around 7dpo (ovulated either 21st or 22nd - confirmed through very positive OPK and consistent BBT rise). I mainly wanted to check my progesterone levels because I have spotting days before my periods usually. How do these look? I wish the app gave a bit more insight to the levels!
