Couldn't figure out how to word the title nicely, but I fell into the rabbit hole of town vs village vs city terminology and I'm curious why Elk Grove seems to always use the full "Elk Grove Village" name and stresses the "village" part even though it feels quite urban, while other smaller towns/villages in the area don't
