Hi, I’m a 5’7 22(F) and my starting weight was 220 after a little less than a month on the 1.5 mg pill, I dropped down to 209 lbs. I have since started the 4 mg pill and it’s like all the sudden my food cravings are back? Going on a week now and my weight hasn’t changed one bit. I’m just sort of confused considering I went on a higher dose. I don’t expect to lose incredibly fast but I just feel like it’s odd that i’ve not even lost a pound or two.
