All my life I wanted to wear cute trendy clothes, but my arms were too big for flutter sleeves, the girls were too big for spaghetti straps, the thighs were too big for skinny jeans the stomach was too jiggly for crop tops. Now I'm finally at a point in my life where I can wear slimmer clothes and all the styles are boxy, baggy, oversized, and frumpy. Are you kidding me? The fashion industry hates me. I'm convinced this new trend towards boxy, baggy clothes was done intentionally to stick it to the GLP 1 crowd. Just needed to get that off my chest. Lol!

I've been on Tirz for 1.5 years (at 15 mg) and I'm down 65 lbs, but I still have a good bit of stubborn belly fat and jiggly thunder thighs, despite working out. I'm considering a switch to Reta, to see if it will do a better job on these problem areas. Any advice on the best way to make the switch. Should I overlap the two, titrate the Tirz down first, or just switch over in total? What would be a good starting dose of Reta since I'm currently on 15 mg/week of Tirz?
