This is my second cut after my 1st bulk(which went a bit wrong) where i gained 18kg in the span of 12months with considerable amount of strength but also fat

I have now been cutting for the past 37weeks

Started at 93kg and 3100 cals as my maintenance

Now at 2200 cals and 78kg body weight. I have barely lost strength (maybe 5/8%) across all my lifts and consistently tracking my weekly weight checks

Theoretically i am doing just fine losing around 400gms per week but still have fat around belly chest overall everywhere but a bit much around belly

Should I continue what i am doing or go for an aggressive cut

Height-178cm

My protein intake is 150gm
