Aggressive cut calorie counter? Am I over eating?

Breakfast fast till 12, then have 500 calorie protein smoothie, 2 scoops whey, 1 banana and a glass of milk
Lunch is 100 g rice and half pound of ground chicken which is 340 cal
Snack is 1 tuna can 90 cal and 1 Greek yogurt 90 cal
Dinner is exact same as lunch
I’m 22 6’1 180lbs trying to lose fat. Work out 4-5 days
Protein comes out to 188g

Bulked from 160-180 in 6 months and seems like I look the same
All my lifts are going up, I’m 6’1 and have long legs and arms. Do I need to cut? I’ve been eating 160g of protein consistently. Maybe need to cut significantly then lean bulk? In a shirt I look terrible

First 2 pics are 160lbs and last 2 are 180 currently. I’m 6’1 22 and ate 3100 calories a day and 170+ protein a day. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week and also work as a handyman/landscaper. Not sure where to go from here. Like I have muscle and lifts are all improving but I don’t really have aloe or definition especially in my chest/abdomen. Should I continue bulking to put on more muscle? Or maybe cut for like a month? I don’t want to cut and just be skinny, but I’ve never really been skinny enough to the point that I had my abs showing so maybe I do that? It just bulk till I put on more size and just cut for like 4 months.
