The UK Visitor Visa application asks for recent travel to abovementioned first world countries.

I am an India citizen who lives (works) in The Netherlands. I am on a temporary residence permit valid until 2030. Before this, I was on a study residence permit in the Netherlands as well, during which I left and re-entered Netherlands many times.

1. Should I count these visits, or should I count only the visits to other countries?

2. If I do, do I count each visit separately?
