To put it simply, I really dont think this 'friend' has ever really wanted to be my friend, since the beginning I could sense that she just liked the idea of having me as her friend. Like a dummy I still tried to make it work, but 99% of the time she ghosts our plans and just never messages me back. If there was something going on, its mainly just poor communication on her part but I dont deserve being left in the dark time and time again. Ive reached out multiple times to check in on her, and have gotten nothing or the same half-baked excuse. Its not that I dont think she's deserving of a goodbye and/or explanation from me, I just dont think she'd care frankly and it would be more wasted energy on my part. Also, im scared she might try some manipulation tactic to convince me to give her - idk - "grace" or something, when truthfully Im exhausted of working for this "friendship" and there is no turning back on that.
