Need urgent help. My former employer is non-responsive and won't give an NOC for my CMA training. I have proof of resignation emails. I told ICMAI I want to start with Zero Credits, but they still insist on an NOC.

The landlines are unreachable and the ticket system is giving robotic replies. Is there any way to get a manual reset from the Kolkata HQ without the employer's signature? Any contact person who actually listens?
