English Bulldog died during surgery last Thursday
My 11.5 yo English bulldog died during surgery last Thursday. I called yesterday and asked for the surgical notes as I am trying to understand exactly what happened to her. This is what they sent over. When I had my friend who is an ICU nurse take a look, she thought they were extremely short and thought there should have been more detail.
Are they intentionally leaving something out of these notes? I am concerned more happened to my dog and they are not telling me.
