My washer fills with water but when the wash cycle starts nothing happens. Sometimes there is a slight humming but sometimes no sound or movement at all. Once the timer hits the spin cycle that all works normally. What part could cause this? I would thinknif the capacitor were bad it wouldn't spin either. I live in rural Alaska so parts are not readily available and shipping is slow, so trying to narrow down where the problem could be.
