I have weird lines all over my monitor. I hadn’t used it for 4 years and just connected it to my Mac a few days ago. Now these lines are everywhere.

The strange part is that they change — sometimes they look like my wallpaper, sometimes like a window that was previously open. Almost like burn-in, but it’s an IPS panel, so that shouldn’t really happen.

I’ve already tried swapping the HDMI cable and switching to a different HDMI port on the monitor, but no luck.

Does anyone know what this could be? Any help appreciated!
