I’m new to this owner’s corporation stuff
I’ve got 5 parking spaces out the front of my apartment. My neighbour and I are the only ones that use the parking spaces. Recently she has been getting hard rubbish off the street and putting it in the spaces around our cars to stop other people from parking in there (a few of my other neighbours are getting renovations done so tradies often park there).
This has been frustrating as I’m finding myself fed up and moving rubbish just to park and get out. It tipped me over the edge when I woke up to find some undesirables going through the rubbish and then try to break into our cars.
I ended up getting the council to collect half of it and the rest I put in the back of my Ute to dispose of. Before I disposed of it all, she decided to go open up the tarp of my Ute tray and take a photo. She then decided to confront me after I had disposed of it.
She’s demanding me pay her as they were her two traffic cones that she supposedly purchased (I ended up giving them to the workers at the end of the street after they claimed they were missing some).
What should my next move be? Should I pay her back? Take it further elsewhere?
