Help Choosing a TV
Have been lurking for a while and with my Hisense H8G on seemingly its last legs, I’m looking at options for a new TV. Thanks to this community and the buyers guide, I think I’ve narrowed down my choices. All are 55” unless noted otherwise
LG C5 (Refurb) for $700
Sony Bravia 8 (Refurb) for $700
TCL QM7K for $750
Sony X90L (65”) for $850
Sony Bravia 7 (Refurb, 65”) for $1000
I’m not opposed to spending the $1k on the Bravia 7 since I think it’s the best of all of these, but curious to see if any of the less expensive TVs makes almost as much sense.
Use case is almost all streaming. Primarily HBO and Peacock. In the mornings I’ll throw on the news too while getting ready.
TV will be mounted in the living room facing south with two smaller windows facing west. I do have blinds, but also don’t want to be at work stressing about whether or not I closed the blinds before I left every day.
