We’ve had on and off wifi since Saturday, had an engineer out yesterday and they said seems like an area issue. It’s now Friday and we have no wifi whatsoever, tv box isn’t working and it won’t allow a hotspot connection. Trying to phone and speak to someone and I’ve been waiting for 50+ minutes 🙄

Please can someone tell me how to get through to them😩
