I have a customer that wants a refund due to her own expectations. I sell customized lockets for charms (which I also sell) she can not fit her own shells in it and now want me to refund her. I have a no refund policy on the listing but if the product arrives broken or faulty I will ofcourse replace. How do I deal with this when it isn’t an issue with my store or product without getting negative feedback or violation from Etsy
Hey Everyone! I am starting a contract role currently and it will 99.99% turn into a permanent role at the end of the term, I am hearing mixed comments on salary as to whether or not is will be less than the current contract role due to vacation and benefits being added into the permanent position offer. Can someone give me any insight? Thanks!!
