Hi Everyone- I'm trying to find the total number of residential units in Dubai, by year. Ideally the, a breakdown of apartment vs. villa, sa well.

I have checked sites like Dubai Digital/ Gov't, DXB Interact, Property monitor; and I can find information about new/ planned/ completed projects, but I can't find anything that gives the total number of housing units in Dubai on a yearly basis.

Has anyone been able to find this before? I feel like it must be somewhere, and you could probably do some general guessing based on population numbers in Dubai, but it's driving me crazy not being able to find it... lol

Hi- I don't have enough money saved for 20% down payment and thus looking for rent-to-own options in Dubai. Is anyone aware of any? I know some developers technically "offer" them, but they're incredibly hard to find/ only at certain times... Can't find any at the moment. I intend to stay in Dubai longterm and thus want to buy.

Monthly income: 20,000

Amount saved: 45,000

Mortgage eligible: 1,500,000AED mortgage, IF I have the 20% down, which I don't have.

Tl;DR- rent to own in Dubai? What do you know about it? Is it available?
