Im in a really mentally volatile period in my life right now. I voluntarily had sex with a 50 yr old man i met online. I shaved just minutes before going. i repeatedly asked him to wear a condom and he didnt listen. this happened on monday. i was sodomized and forced to give head. he was really really rough with everything including brief vaginal sex. since then ive had friction burns and inflammed follicles and irritation. to add to that i got my period and i only use pads and thats been worsening it. i cant report nor go to the hospital i just dont want to get an std or live in this pain. i am looking for medical advice.
