Saw an opportunity to grab serial #1 from tacswap and took it. Before picture is at the end. The first few are after I had it stripped and I struggled my ass off getting a smoked oxide finish on it.

The gun itself was a little beat up, certainly has been sent back to race city to have the ports redone and I believe a new extractor fitted. Came with two barrels, and the original ported barrel didn't have a relief cut for the extractor. It wouldn't go into lockup because of that. Easy work to cut it, but still a little strange.

Gun looks great now (to me anyways, may not be everybody's cup of tea). Can't wait to get it to the range.
