In Pellet-B test results email, is the test score a percentage of the questions you got right or the total amount of questions you got right.

I took my written exam April 18th at West Sac. I got an email with my test score saying I passed and another email saying to keep an eye out for a future BI email. However, I did not receive an email regarding my T-score. Are these emails indicative that I got a passing T-score?

In the bottom of one of these emails it says:

“If your score is within the Department's hiring range, you will be contacted by your Division Background Unit at a future date.”

Therefore, I’m confused on whether I’m continuing the hiring process or not.

Also, how many ranks are there and what do they mean?
