3:30 PM - I pick up my 5 year old son from school and turn on my Bridgeport show playlist in the car.
4 PM - Soccer practice.
5 PM - Back in the car for the ride home I continue the playlist from where we left off.
7 PM - My wife is doing the bedtime routine with our boy. From down the hall I hear him singing but can't quite make out what it is. As I enter the room I catch my wife's eye and she has a confused look on her face. She doesn't know what song he's singing. When I get to the bedside I finally hear what it is. He's singing:
"Some things you can't divide
Some things you can't define
Some things you can't decide
Do I? Do I?" 😭
I've only had the album for a little more than a week and only had the playlist since last Tuesday. Mind you this kid has been listening to music since before he was born. Some of his first sentences were asking Siri to "play Foo Foo Fighters!" But to know the lyrics to a new song felt special. I don't even know those lyrics yet! 😂
