Quetzal - late reso worth it?

Two-part question. We'll be visiting from out of town in a few weeks and made a reservation at Quetzal for 9:15PM.

  1. I noticed on their website that they close at 10pm - does anyone know if that's a firm closing time or just a cut off for seating new tables? We're worried about feeling rushed and not sure if we should try somewhere that's open later.

  2. What are your thoughts on the tasting menu vs ordering a la carte? Which ends up being more filling? Menu looks amazing!

Open to any other late night restaurant suggestions as well! •ᴗ•
