A few weeks ago I was encouraged to lodge a complaint against my provider and given the option to switch to an Inclusive Employment Australia provider, which I took.
They placed me with a new provider, who I was told three times over the phone was IEA. Showed up to my first appointment, they don't offer IEA services! So they transferred me to a nearby one (APM) who do.
I've just gotten to my initial appointment only to be told APM haven't actually booked a room for it today? I called the head office who don't have a contact number for my branch and are now sending emails around, by the sounds of it.
My job plan is still the same from before my ESAT, my obligations are due tomorrow. I was supposed to have everything sorted out weeks ago because I shouldn't even have obligations anymore as I'm working my assessed capacity of hours. Centrelink last week wouldn't code a paid work exemption because they wanted me to attend this first appointment to see if my new job plan would fix it all.
Truly who am I supposed to be talking to right now😭😭😭 I have a Centrelink appointment in an hour but are they going to be able to sort all of this out before tomorrow? Maybe I should be waiting for the day to be over before I start venting over Reddit but what else am I supposed to do while sitting in a community centre by myself lol
