AMS39 Tray Restoration

AMS39 Tray Restoration

Any tips from the veterans on how best to clean up this tray? The crusty whiteness comes off with a brass wire brush but l don’t want to etch the paint. Whats your go-to cleaner? I’d feel much better using a nylon brush and some sort of spray. Was planning on touching up the rust with some black rustoleum from a can applied with a small brush.

De’Longhi Magnifica Plus - right for the office?

Need to purchase a new fully automatic machine for the office, 12 people working there averaging 2-3 coffees each per day - is this machine going to stand up to that sort of use? ~10,000 cups per year? Any and all advice appreciated!! Would like to be able to accommodate the one decaf drinker in the office but it isn’t high on my priority list lol.

Construction Site Vending - anyone doing this?

My 9-5 leads me to construction sites on a regular basis and I’ve yet to see a single vending machine on any of them. What I do see are heaps of empty energy drink cans, protein bar wrappers and chip bags all over the place. I used to be one of these (typical) construction bros and remembering to pack a lunch was usually not high on my priority list, but of course I was tired and hungry AF by noon every day of the week - I know there’s money to be made there.

So, is anyone doing this or is the prospect of having to move the machine periodically throughout the build and after the job is done too much of a PITA? There’s also the problem with power since as some of you know it’s usually generator power or a temp service that’s inconsistent and limited at the best of times. Freezing temps would be impossible to avoid as well and I don’t know if any machines that operate below zero, other than perhaps the AMS outsider?
