


Week 1 - week 4 - week 6, how do I fill out upper chest/inner chest cavity
Been consistently bulking and working out daily w a 6 day chest/leg focused split. I’ve definitely seen improvement but I wanna get rid of this gap Ive got in the middle of my chest, and also build mass on upper chest. Another problem I’ve got his my arms are looking kinda imbalanced and thin from the side, what should I be doin to balance out arms w the rest of me while still growing some fat tits?
