Our son is moving from Washington state to California. Title and insurance are currently in our name. Would it be best of gift him in the car while in Washington and than change the title here? When he moves to California - does he have to retitle the car? It's been advised that he get his own insurance in California - am I correct that the title needs to be in his name to do that? Would it be best of gift him our policy here (State Farm - Washington State) and than transfer it to California? Which comes first - the chicken or the egg - and what is the best path moving forward? And what about his drivers license - how long does he have to replace that - or does he?

Anyone lived in this apartment complex in mountain view across from Rengstorf Park? The reviews are generally very good - looking for personal experience or recommendations.
