I live in shah faisal area, basically wireless gate ki taraf. I wanna know about transport options to iobm. Plssss help me out

I want to know about the fees. So they've sent me around 170000 per semester fees which is a lot tbh. I wanna know if we pay the first semester I've heard they give scholarships after first semester. So, how much scholarship do they give? (%?) And the criteria?
