HPSI Motorsports vacuum kit, appreciation post. I fall more in love with this thing every day that I work on it

This has been happening even before the vacuum kit. But it’s completely fine after warming up. Give me ideas please

Just replaced all the vacuum hoses with the HPSI motorsports vacuum kit, will make a separate appreciate post for that

Last known code was a p0505 and I replaced the IAC, TPS, cleaned the throttle body, replaced the gasket, replaced injectors and spark plugs that didn’t fix it. It was smoke tested and didn’t find anything, everything points to a vac leak so we will attempt again. It only did the surging today, also struggled a bit to start

Also pressing the brake changes the idle a bit and I had the booster replaced last month. The check valve was inspected and it’s fine
