Help fixing a summer sweater, any suggestions other than frogging all of it?

Help fixing a summer sweater, any suggestions other than frogging all of it?

I am fairly new to crochet and I just finished this sweater after probably 30+ hours of work and I’m worried I have to undo all of it. Please, any suggestions would be so helpful.

The pattern is repeating flowers in chains of 25 and you can personalize it to fit you. I chose to do 100 chains, so 4 flowers wide for front and back panels, and 75 chains, so 3 flowers wide for each sleeve, and you fold the sleeves in half.

Problem #1: I crocheted 4 flowers horizontally for the front and back panels which after trying it on, is way too wide for me, but there is no other way to make it tighter without frogging the whole thing and remaking it 3 flowers across, right?

Problem #2: because the front and back panels are so wide, the sleeves ended up being 3 flowers too long because the sleeves don’t lay starting on my shoulder, they actually start mid upper-arm. Being stupid, I cut the end of one sleeve off thinking I could frog it until it is the length I want. But turns out I sewed it onto the front/back panels upside down (most recent work connected to front and back panels) so now I can’t even frog it. What do I do 🥲😭

If anything, I learned some important lessons but I was really excited about this sweater and I want to be able to wear it. Thank you!
