So I used to work at Publix for 3 years, in that time I went from front service clerk, cashier, then to customer service. I then quit stupidly for an office job and then after a few month of that, quit, and then went to work for Whole Foods where I’ve been for the last 2.5 years, at Whole Foods I’ve been promoted to basically a customer service role as well but would REALLY like to go back to Publix. Whole Foods is falling apart and just not great to work at and I really miss how Publix treated me and all of its systems. I would like to go back at a similar pay rate or higher position that I am now, is that even possible from being outside the company? (I get paid around 18/hour and can’t afford to step back down to 15/hour)
