
Any good flexibility programs?
I’m thinking about starting a flexibility program to train splits/hips/middlesplits/backbends and I’m looking for a program that doesn’t just “stretch” but also strengthens the muscles. I was thinking about her program but I don’t know if it’s worth it (my level is intermediate- I got front split -kinda- and would need to strengthen hips to get the middle splits). Have you tried Zubalenok’s program and if so is it good? Have you tried any other flexibility/mobility program that was really good? (I need schedule and clarity- usually prefer when they don’t speak just give me the exercises and reps and sets and explanation of how to do them and a schedule)
