Long drive advice.

I want to get as much advice and tips as I can before I’m in this position

I have a 2019 forester premium (if that matters) with about 180k miles (previous owners put a lot of miles on it)
Everything has been running pretty smoothly with it and I’ve run into no major problems since getting it, but I’ve had it for less than a year and this is my second vehicle since I’m a younger driver.
Due to a family emergency I may have to make a 14 hour drive alone very soon specially through the smoky mountains area, which is going to be the first time I’ve ever made a drive that long. I’m looking for advice and experience from other people who have done this sort of thing before.

Is it a good idea to be taking my car or do I need to consider other transport?
Should I have anything in specific checked before I make this drive?
What should I have prepared and in my car?
Any other advice is extremely appreciated.
