European Starling Seizures?

I’ve had my starling for a year this April. He was brought to me as a baby when he was only a few days old and had fallen out of a nest. He’s been in excellent health up until the last few days. About four days ago his eyes started being watery and itchy. Then, yesterday he had a seizure like episode where he stretched out his wing and one leg and fell to the bottom of his cage like he was stiff. He flopped around until I picked him up to stop him from hurting himself. He had another one this evening. After the episodes he has been confused for a minute, then he gets up and starts acting like himself again. The only new thing that has been introduced to his environment were two baby starlings. I’m not sure what to do or what has actually happened to him, but any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated. I attached pictures of both him and the babies.
