poor "Rightaway". we've had this snail in the tank for about 18hrs, hasn't moved for 17hr59min

• tank has been cycling for 4+ wks. I already had one snail die when I thought the tank was ready, spiked ammonia

• since then, 10ish doses of beneficial bacteria and treated ammonia with aqua essential

• reading pH low 7, ammonia near 0, no2 near 0, no3 near 0

• pet store water tests showed good to go???
