IGNOU REVALUATION LEGAL ACTION

Hey, I'm pursuing my UG from IGNOU. A month ago, I received my SEM 4 result where I got 32 marks (fail) in one subject.

I requested my answer script and paid ₹100 for that.

After one week, I received my answer script. I even rechecked it with AI, and it said the marks should be 60+ at least.

Then I went to the study center. They said the answer script looks promising and told me to either reattempt next sem or go for revaluation by paying ₹750.

I submitted it for revaluation, and yesterday I got my revaluation result. It has 48 marks (passed but still not satisfied).

Now that its confirmed they made a mistake while checking my answers the first time, I still paid the fee for their mistake.

There is no way I can get my fee back. Is there any legal ground I can explore to get my refund?

FROM FAIL TO PASS IN IGNOU REVALUATION RESULT

Got my results. Earlier, my marks were 32 (Fail). After revaluation, my marks increased to 48.

I’m still not satisfied with the marks; it should be at least 60+.

Now I’m thinking that since my marks increased after revaluation, it clearly shows they made a mistake while checking my answer script, yet I still had to pay for the revaluation.

If I go legal and it is proven that this was their mistake, is there any possibility I can get my fee refunded?
