C section mamas - when does your belly return back to normal?

I’m 10.5 months pp and still have a significant belly.. also an overhang! I have now started doing some specific exercises/physio after realising I have DR. It’s been only a month but not seeing much improvement.

Just want to see what your experiences were and if there was anything that helped! Thanks so much x

Every time I speak a new line drops

I’m 10 months postpartum, in my late 30s and have dated my husband since high school.

Today she says - if I knew you were going to make babies like this (meaning a cute one) I would have told you to have kids right after college!

Umm what kind of babies did you actually think I would have made then ma’am? 🫠

Bonus: SIL (who is 39 or 40 and still lives w parents) joins in on the call and replies to me for saying baby doesn’t sit still for a second - oh baby has adhd, all babies have adhd nowadays.
