For some background info, Ive been doing medigap and Medicare advantage for about 2 years with bcbs, as a "sales" agent, we would enroll and explain the products while verifying the persons needs but we don't make commission from this position. Since my team is being down sized and moved positions I thought I'd reach out here to see if theres anything y'all recommend in starting selling independently, would it be better to go to an fmo or be captive? Not really well knowledged on that end so any help would be appreciated, thank you
