Hi Everyone,

would request your help in looking for a 1bhk for rent.

I am looking for a 1bhk preferably in Nahda Dubai, Al Qusais or Rashidiya.

No particular requirements besides parking, balcony, and preferably 2 bathrooms. Preferably close to a 1,000 sq feet but this is not that important.

Also preference would be close to a metro or near a bus stop which connects to the metro. Along with other basic necessities close by.

need to move in by June 1st. This is very important as my current lease ends end of May. So timing is very important.

My budget is in the range of 45,000 maximum. This depends on how new the building is, how many amenities are in etc.

Please dm me if anything within this range works
