triathlon bikefit update

Hi,

I deleted the previous video when I saw all the comments saying my form was terrible.

But I decided to work on it a bit and change my position. What do you think?

I'll probably make an appointment with a bike fitter anyway, but the wait is long, and I need to figure out a way to train for at least the next few weeks

You can criticise me all you want for how bad this is, but at least suggest what could be changed 😄

Thank you for all the comments

Triathlon bikefit - what needs to be improved?

Hi,

I had one bike fitting session, but after a few weeks I didn’t feel very comfortable, so I’ve been trying to figure out my position on my own.

What do you think? My main concerns are about the saddle height and its position - is it too close or too far?

Maybe I should move the aerobar forward a bit and get into a lower position?

Any tips?
I would appreciate any advice

Hi,

I use a chest-strap heart rate monitor for my workouts, and my watch tracks my heart rate throughout the day.

Over the past month, I’ve been getting some crazy high heart rate readings about every three or four days, as you can see in the photo - the highest bpm was 225.

What surprises me is that this 225 bpm isn't shown anywhere on the graph.

On that day, I was just doing a light bike ride, where my heart rate didn’t exceed 128 bpm.

I’d consider this a one-time glitch, but the situation keeps happening from time to time.

I’m guessing this isn’t a health issue - during a light bike ride, I’d probably feel my heart suddenly beating at 225 bpm, right?

I've never in my life had a heart rate higher than 190 during any workout.

What can I do about this?
