A recent breakup
Hi everyone, I recently went through a breakup initiated by her. She said she felt like we didn't share the same future plans—like having kids or moving in together—which were things I actually did envision with her, I just hadn't told her yet. She also mentioned she couldn't handle her own personal issues right now.
What’s strange to me is that the decision seemed to happen overnight. Throughout the relationship, everything was fine; she came to my house, I went to hers, and there was never a sign that she wanted to break up. The next day, I noticed she was acting distant and saying she wasn't doing well, that she had things bottled up and wanted to tell me in person.
Last Monday, she saw me after class and told me all of this. I really didn't know how to react, other than crying. Two days ago, I sent her a message asking to talk about the things I didn't get to say, but I haven't received a response yet. She hasn’t blocked or removed me from any social media. I don’t know if she’s confused or what she’s thinking, but I truly miss her.
