This project was really a doozy - extremely limited instructions, low pay for the amount of work plus it requires you to pay for a substcription. Honestly they cannot expect fellows to learn if the reviewer simply gives poor rating and immediately states you are untrainable. Handshake AI just concluded an excellent project where they provided feedback over multiple rounds and allowed fellows to understand how to improve tasks. Outlier should consider a trial period for fellows to better understand needs of the project rather than this process where we absolutely cannot learn ir improve.
