I booked a flight with seats from booking.com for a flight from Canada to India. The day of booking and the day of flight was the same it was an emergency booking.

After paying for both the flight and the seat when I went to airindia website I only saw the flight but no seats. Booking.com customer care asked me to book seats again on airindia website and assured they'll refund me. I did as I was short on time.

Now they are giving me a hard time refunding because there system shows seats were booked. What are my options?
