Hi! Looking for a sublet for my 5b5b room in gowanus 5 min from union stop on R and 8 minutes from Carrol st stop on F/G.

I leave the room may 20th so ideal looking for June, with the potential to renew for +50 on rent in July.

Unit is great, the location is super central, easy access to Manhattan, and everyone in the house is really nice.

Perks are the room has the bathroom inside the room, in unit, and a private balcony.

I’m also planning on leaving furniture so you can keep those as well.

Rent: 1490 usually 100$ for utilities (ranges in the winter)
